LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Cornerstone is located at the intersection of Central Avenue and the Martin Luther King Jr., Expressway which is the busiest intersection in the county. Central Avenue is the major arterial between the downtown area, the adjoining historic tourist attraction of "Bath House Row," and the Hot Springs Mall and retail area. Central Avenue is also the principle access to Oaklawn Park Race Track, Lake Hamilton and many other tourist attractions in the area. The Expressway provides the fastest and most direct access to all parts of Hot Springs. Every tourist visiting Hot Springs will drive thru this intersection many times.

THE TRADE AREA The Hot Springs trade area cannot be accurately described using the traditional 25 or 30 mile radius. If you refer to the Trade Area Map, you will notice that the Trade Area is elongated and covers portions of five counties. This makes Hot Springs the retail destination for a very large area.
